Beer machine is a single device that covers three distinct processes: fermentation, improvement, and bottling. This method of production was created by professional beer brewers who also designed and constructed a mini-brewery, and who well aware of his work. They have created mixes for the production of home-made beer for those who want to make beer fast without any special preparation, except for filling water in the dish, which is totally protected against the ingress of air and the external influence.
The process of beer production
Production of beer, especially at home, has always been a complex process, previously carried out through many complex stages. Reasonable solutions and constant improvements in beer machine technology turned a complicated and tedious work into a simple and easy process, consisting of three steps.
1. Pour water into the sealed cask of the beer machine.
2. Pour inside the prefabricated natural mixture for the production of beer.
3. Close the beer machine and wait 7 to 10 days. (Yes, waiting is the most difficult stage.)
The most important part of our beer production system is specially prepared beer mixes created by scientists and beer production experts (the same who created a system of mini-brewery). The beer machine comprises a pressure-release valve through which a constant pressure of CO2 is maintained; CO2 is naturally produced in the bear machine. Moreover, a device replenishing the reserve of carbon dioxide is integrated in the machine – as well the beer distribution system; so using bottles is optional. All the rest of the work is performed by the machine itself, so the production of beer at home is simple and uncomplicated. After the waiting period you can adjust the volume of carbon dioxide naturally produced in beer, using a CO2 cartridge. Now you can enjoy fresh foamed beer, saturated with carbon dioxide, straight from the barrel in which it is produced.
Phases of beer maturation
Phase I - fermentation.
In essence, the process of maturation of beer consists of two phases. The first phase is called fermentation, it begins immediately after the beer mix and yeast are put into the beer producing device, and the beer machine is closed tightly. From three to five days, it is best to keep the beer machine at room temperature. While the mixture for the production of beer is fermented in the machine, it should not be saturated with carbon dioxide, which can slow down the fermentation process. In the next phase, the carbon dioxide is produced naturally.
Tip: You will achieve the best results if you keep the beer machine at a temperature of 18-22 C during fermentation.
Phase II – purification and improvement.
The second phase - purification and improvement. It starts between the third and the fifth day of beer production. At this time the beer production phase of beer should be finished, and you can put the beer machine in the fridge, since the cool environment implies a faster running of the purification process. This phase lasts from 4 to 5 days, and at this time the naturally produced carbon dioxide is absorbed, and the beer purification is running.
Tip: When natural carbon dioxide effervesces, the beer kept at a lower temperature is cleared in a much quicker way and efficiently absorbs CO2. Keep the beer at a temperature of 2-3 degrees Celsius. The cold stops the fermentation and allows the beer clean. You can affect the beer at the time of purification, saturating it with CO2, and saturating it with carbon dioxide at your discretion. You can also do this at the end of the beer production process (but definitely not before the process) - in this case, you will keep the desired level of excretion of bubbles or increase it.
Tip: Avoid the high-pressure marked on the gauge in red, i.e., don’t let it rise above 15 psi.
Beer machine is a controlled environment
Unlike other devices for the production of home-brewed beer, this beer machine gives you freedom when the process of beer production is coming to an end. Brewing a beer, you gain experience, and later, having tried to brew different kinds of beer, you will change the strategy of preparation to achieve really unique results. The process of brewing beer with a beer machine can be very simple or very creative - it's up to you. But the fact that you can completely control your process of beer production is only one of the many advantages of the beer machine. Quite simply, this is the best way of making beer at home, in a completely closed system.
